EZ BINZ
The inventor of EZ BINZ set out to address a simple and basic user problem: filled garbage bags are prone to tearing when lifted out from a garbage bin. While the product design was "completed", the company had significant challenges executing the design through their chosen supply chain partner in Mainland China towards production ramp-up. They also needed help to set up and manage online channel and the associated social media efforts to fulfil their sales plan. Amazing Lab, with operational footprint that covers the supply chain in Asia, provided on-site production support right at the factory. We also acted as EZ BINZ's on-demand Chief Marketing Officer to strategize and develop the digital sales channel necessary to accomplish EZ BINZ's aggressive online sales plan.
